***Security Access Systems Statement Update on Corona Virus 23rd March 2020, 2300***

As you will be aware, the impact of Corona virus (COVID-19) continues to increase and, as such, we wanted to share our plans for supporting our clients and wider community as we move forward during this difficult time.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and wider community is always a priority, as it always has been, and we continue to monitor the situation closely.

We have taken steps to ensure that those members of our team who can work from home, are able to do so, while our engineers remain equipped to continue to be able to travel and work on essential residential and commercial sites, as we remain fully committed to supporting our clients in these difficult times.

We have made the decision that engineers will not however, be working in residential blocks, in internal spaces and resident’s accommodation and at all times, there must be a two meter (2m) working perimeter around each member of staff, also, there can be no greater than two individuals working in the area of the equipment at any one time. We continue to monitor the situation and believe that this is a correct interpretation of the current government guidelines.

We appreciate these are difficult times, challenging both professionally and personally, so we want to reassure you that we are here to support you with your Security Equipment and automation needs; if there is a site, where we aren’t able to attend, then we will endeavour to use technologies, at our disposal, to support you remotely, in basic needs and requirements.

If you have any questions, please contact a member of the team and we would only be too happy to help you, we would ask for your patience and understanding at this time.

Together, united, as a team and community, we will get through these challenges together.

We hope you are all staying safe and healthy.

Best regards,

All the team in Security Access Systems
